Paul Leinthall-Cowman FNAEA

The new Malvern Office of LSA Sales & Lettings will be spearheaded by Paul Leinthall-Cowman who comes to the firm with over twenty years experience of the property market in Worcestershire and particularly Malvern. Paul who qualified in 1987 at the College of Estate Management (Reading University) and is a fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, has a particular knowledge of the local period and country homes market having previously managed Hamptons International Offices in both Malvern and Worcester. Paul began his estate agency career in 1981 with the principal Worcestershire Auctioneers & Surveyors, Banks & Silvers working in their Fine Arts Department later becoming Property Sales Manager in North Worcestershire. In the late 1980’s Paul and a colleague established the associate Knight Frank office in Worcester specialising in the sale and acquisition of Worcestershire’s finest properties. Paul’s ancestry in the area can be traced back over eight hundred years to the North Herefordshire villages of Leinthall Earles and Leinthall Starkes, the family establishing at Hampton Court, Hope Under Dinmore in 1410 on the return of Sir Rowland Leinthall from Agincourt.

Bruce Martin

Bruce Martin, as Business Development Manager for the LSA Group has jointly project managed the new Graham Road Offices with Jason Lloyd. Bruce comes from a predominantly sales background encompassing financial services and is an archetypal motivator. Born in to a local family, Bruce went to the Kings School in Worcester and has a musical and sporting background. Bruce is married with a young daughter.

Sales & Lettings Team

Keri Stephens position as sales and lettings administrator in the Malvern Office follows on from her estate agency experience with an established Ledbury based estate agents. At LSA Keri will be on hand to deal with all property enquiries, valuations and viewings. Keri has accomplished a wide range of academic qualifications ranging from sports and arts to community work, following her college studies. With a Herefordshire family background, amongst Keri’s interests are shopping and various sporting activities. Carole Smith will be a key front line administrator to both the sales and lettings divisions, to which Carole brings her many years experience in customer relations and direct sales principally as a property negotiator with one of the areas leading independent firms of estate agents. In addition Carole is also principal of her own interior design company making her well placed to advise clients on all types of home presentation and is available as a ‘House Doctor’ From a local Worcestershire based family. As a motivated, organized and effective team player Carole will be a great asset to LSA Sales & Lettings. Yvonne Gee has an established estate agency background as a sales negotiator with a leading independent Worcestershire estate agent. Yvonne brings with her considerable experience in customer services and sales and has lived in Worcester for most of her life, thereby acquiring a very good knowledge of the surrounding areas. Yvonne will be dealing with all types of property enquiries, valuations and viewings at LSA. Yvonne also has extensive experience of property developing and is currently involved in a project in Worcestershire.

Jason Lloyd BA Hons. CeMap. Cert CII (MP)

Head of Financial Services at the new Graham Road offices is Jason Lloyd who has worked within the finance industry for 12 years since graduating from Liverpool University. Jason has worked with both high street and specialist lenders to develop his extensive experience of the mortgage and finance industry. As a fully qualified financial adviser Jason can arrange you a competitive mortgage and you can also speak to him about all your other financial needs. Jason has lived in Malvern nearly all his life and was educated at the Chase High School and the Grove Junior School. He is a keen sportsman and plays for local golf societies and football teams. Jason has been working for LSA for 2 years to develop their Financial Services Division. The move to Malvern’s Town centre will enable the company to offer a vast array of competitive products right on the high street. The aim of the company is to deliver an outstanding service and because mortgages are sourced from the whole of the market you only need to come to one place to find the best deal.

The Financial Services Team

The team to be based in the new offices has a blend of youth and experience. Stella Porter CeMAP was a mortgage adviser for 14 years with a major high street lender in Malvern before moving to LSA to offer whole of market products. Stella has lived in Malvern for 23 years and is well know in the area for her extensive charity work. Lee Fellowes Cert CII (MP) has worked in the finance industry with LSA for 3 years and recently moved over to the mortgage and insurance team. He has lived in Malvern for the last 13 years. Lavinia MacDonald moved to Malvern 4 years ago and works as an administrator within financial services. Lavinia is currently in training to provide mortgage and insurance advice and expects to be a fully qualified mortgage adviser by the end of the year.
